For the first time, we, the women behind The Champagne Room, are excited to offer a writing workshop focused on generating ideas for new pieces or seeing your writing process in a different light. During this generative creative writing session, Emma and I will give participants writing prompts that are intended to get your hands in motion. We will spend time working on each prompt, and then we will offer time to share work or reflect upon the process. We hope that this event will be useful for anyone feeling a little blocked creatively, or simply offer an opportunity to write without the pressure of completion—we are focusing on fluidity, on opening doors.

This workshop will take place over Zoom on Thursday, November 17th from 7:30 to 9 PM (EST).

 

There is a participation cost of $10 that will go toward helping us continue to expand our community with more opportunities to connect such as these.
